Sun Hing has been awarded the A-class Excellent Enterprise Certification by INDITEX Group COC

Inditex于2025/3/11-13日委托ITS机构针对本公司进行社会责任认证（Inditex Code of Conduct audit简称COC），具体包含：

1. 社会责任：禁止雇佣童工，禁止性别、种族、年龄、信仰等方面的歧视，确保劳动合同、工资发放记录等符合当地法律法规和Inditex的标准。

2. 质量控制：审核生产过程的质量管理体系，确保产品质量符合Inditex的要求。

3. 环境保护：检查工厂设施和结构的安全标准，消防安全，环保文件和危废处理等。

4. 工作条件与员工福利：提供安全的工作环境，合理的工作条件，包括工资、工时、宿舍条件、伙食质量等。

5. 文件审查：针对工卡、工资表、员工花名册等文件进行审查，确保公司合法运营。

6. 设施巡察：检查工厂的基础设施是否满足生产和员工工作的需求。

7. 员工面谈：了解员工对工作条件、待遇、管理的满意度和意见。

8. 供应链管理与道德伦理：考察供应链管理的透明度和可追溯性，确保业务活动遵循道德和伦理原则。

Inditex commissioned ITS agency to conduct a Corporate Social Responsibility (COC) certification for our company on March 11-13, 2025, which includes:

1. Social responsibility: Prohibit the employment of child labor, prohibit discrimination based on gender, race, age, faith, etc., and ensure that labor contracts, wage payment records, etc. comply with local laws and regulations and Inditex standards.

2. Quality control: Review the quality management system of the production process to ensure that product quality meets Inditex's requirements.

3. Environmental protection: Check the safety standards, fire safety, environmental documents, and hazardous waste disposal of factory facilities and structures.

4. Working conditions and employee benefits: Provide a safe working environment and reasonable working conditions, including wages, working hours, dormitory conditions, food quality, etc.

5. Document review: Review documents such as work cards, payroll, and employee rosters to ensure the legal operation of the company.

6. Facility inspection: Check whether the infrastructure of the factory meets the needs of production and employee work.

7. Employee Interview: Understand employees' satisfaction and opinions on working conditions, benefits, and management.

8. Supply Chain Management and Ethics: Examine the transparency and traceability of supply chain management to ensure that business activities adhere to ethical and moral principles.

结果等级评价

审核结果分为四个等级：A级（有效期24个月）、B级（有效期18个月）、C级（有效期12个月）和D级（不合格，需改进后重新审核）。如果企业未能通过审核或连续两次审核不合格，可能会被列入供应商黑名单，将不再合作。

Result level evaluation

The audit results are divided into four levels: A level (valid for 24 months), B level (valid for 18 months), C level (valid for 12 months), and D level (unqualified, requiring improvement and re audit). If a company fails to pass the audit or fails two consecutive audits, it may be blacklisted as a supplier and will no longer cooperate.

On March 24, 2025, Inditex gave a certification rating, and Sun Hing New Textiles Technology (Longyan) LTD passed the certification with an A-level excellent level.
